Management will provide the Board with complete and adequate information in a timely manner through regular updates on financial results, market trends and business developments.
Sytze is an experienced executive who has led international businesses across several industries and geographies, orchestrating the building, scaling, and transformation of these businesses. Sytze was the CEO of Synlab Analytics & Services, a division of Synlab that operated 37 labs across 11 countries and generated annual revenue of €200 million.
Under his leadership,Sytze successfully led an M&A exit process, culminating in the sale of the division to SGS in 2020, ahead of the subsequent IPO of the Synlab Group.
Scott brings more than 25 years of corporate and operational experience across Australia, the United Kingdom, Central Asia, Africa and the United States where he has held a range of Director, CFO and Company secretary roles with ASX and LSE companies.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Governance Institute of Australia.
Justin is a globally recognised leader in software engineering with more than 20 years of experience in the tech industry, including executive roles at Google as an Innovationist where he launched YouTube across the Asia Pacific region and brought the first Android devices to market. Other major tech companies that Justin has held senior executive positions at include Dentsu, Accenture, DHL and Microsoft.
Justin holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, Miami.
He also holds a range of tech patents registered in the United States and has published several technical papers within these areas of research.
Gary joined the Board of UNITH in 2024 with more than 35 years of experience in the IT and software industry across global markets. These included executive roles for Microsoft where he served as Vice President Enterprise & Partner Group - Asia before returning to Australia in 2016.
Gary previously served as Non-Executive Chairman of rhipe an ASX listed company until its acquisition by Crayon Group in 2021 for $400 million and continues to consult in the tech industry where he consults on tech, software, corporate strategy, governance and growth.
